No yoga experience or yoga attire required. Each office employee will receive a Vibrant Heart Yoga Practice Card, with a 5 Minute routine you can do at your desk (and in your office attire!).

The cost for a 5-card package and a 120 minute presentation is $500. The cost per hour, if one topic is presented (one Vibrant Heart Yoga Practice Card included) in a 60 minute class, is $150.
