Anna Ferguson, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, YACEP

Anna is a professional yoga teacher with a focus on promoting, enhancing and restoring balance and well-being with the yogic tools of meditation, posture practice, breathing practice, yoga nidra (deep relaxation), yoga philosophy and the study of yoga philosophy and ethics. She researches the latest discoveries in neuroscience and yoga to create yoga practices for holistic healing. She sees people in private sessions, as well as small group classes and larger public classes.

Anna completed her 200 hour Yoga Instructor certification through the Asheville Yoga Center in 2007 and completed Yin Yoga Instructor certification with Shala Worsley in May 2008. In May 2013, she completed her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Kaoverri Weber of Subtle Yoga. She also completed a yoga certification with Doug Keller in 2010. She is currently an E-RYT 500, which means she has completed more than 2,100 hours in yoga instruction. She is also a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
